Hello! I am Kavitha Suresh. I am a lawyer by profession and baker by choice . My passion for baking began early on as I watched my mother bake. I fondly remember getting involved in helping my Mom with small tasks. I joined her in shaping cookies, mixing up cake batter and greasing the mould . As I grew older started trying out new recipes from the Sunday newspapers, magazines, recipe booklets {which comes with food products & cooking appliances} and so my journey began. Then attended several baking classes near me.
One cake that I used to bake then was a simple fruit cake. The one which I still teach in my Baking class for beginners. In the due course of time I joined courses wherever and whenever possible expanded my knowledge in baking.
Although I enjoy every aspect of baking .But I have always had knack for bread baking especially whole wheat products. Mastering whole wheat baking took a lot of time and patience. But the resulting delicious loaves were worth the effort.
BTW was founded in 2012 and since then I’ve been conducting baking classes near me. In the past 12 years I’ve helped coach thousands of students to start their own businesses as well as help them achieve their personal goals of improving their home baking skills.
